He was the judge at the trial at the proceedings of the Baku City Court of Appeal Criminal Board, which issued a ruling on 6 February 2024, to satisfy the investigator’s motion to extend the preventive measure in the form of arrest for another 2 months and upheld the first instance court’s ruling dated 23 January 2024
He was the judge to the trial at Baku Court of Appeal and on September 21, 2022 issued a decision against Sardar Babayev: to leave the decision of Baku City Sabayil District Court dated September 19, 2022 unchanged and extend the preventive measure in the form of detention.
On October 12, 2018 made the decision on application of restrictive measure towards Azad Hasanov in form of imprisonment for the period of 4 months.
